When Your Mind Starts Looking For Ways Out…

Something to ponder:

When your mind starts looking for ways out, you find yourself in fertile ground to cultivate mental strength.

Something to practise:

Endeavour to bring your attention to extending the length of your inhale and/or exhale next time you feel negative in your training, performance?

Remember:  Your respiratory functioning is always within your control and a gateway to presence (the nirvana of mental strength)

Something to pose:

Do I recognise when I become negative in my training and/or performance?

Recommended:  Ask yourself this question before you train or compete.

The (mental) skill to recognise negative states is fundamental in mental control.
