This program will be periodised and aligned with your current life priorities to facilitate adherence, consistency and quality outputs.

His ‘Deep Practice Framework’ is a seven step structure that surrounds your training program and aligns the finest details of your daily work to your “big” goal, meaning; you maximise your time, energy and effort in training with a tunnel visioned focus on what makes you a better athlete.
Your second 1 to 1 Zoom call with Damian before you start your training program for Peak Lenin, will be a guided introduction and practical application of his Deep Practice Framework. After this call you will be ready to start your first 4 week cycle with a focus, direction and mindset like you’ve never experienced before.
Post each 4 week training cycle you will review and analyse your program alongside Damian on a Zoom call with the goal of learning from your valuable efforts and improving the cycle based on your metrics and ‘what comes up’ notes – Step 7 of your Deep Practice Framework.
Every month, Damian or one of his trusted advisors & experts in their fields will present a webinar on one component of preparation for a successful summit, including; physical training, morning/evening routines, nutrition, mobility, mental preparation, high altitude breathing techniques, sleep, goal setting & more.
You will have access to direct support from Damian through Telegram, where he will provide training session guidance, share best practice videos, general guidance around the full program and climb, plus answer any questions you may have.
